Hi Rita— Both Teresa and Grazia were terrific guides. Both knew their subjects inside and outside and were thoughtful in matching their information to their clients. We were a varied sixsome, with very differing needs (in Florence) and all learned a lot from Grazia. The four of us, in Rome, were all thrilled with our neighborhood tour! Thank you, again, for thinking of and reserving the tickets to visit the Uffizi Gallery and the Academia and David. Your preparations gave us the time to go inside, which we would otherwise have spent in line, and then probably had to leave at the door!
